Ieder(in) is the national umbrella body for disability and chronic illness organisations in the Netherlands, formed in 2014 from the merger of the Chronically Ill and Disabled Council (CG-Raad) and Platform VG. Based in Utrecht, it brings together over 200 member organisations spanning physical disability, chronic illness, sensory impairment, and intellectual disability.

What They Do

Ieder(in) lobbies the Dutch government on disability policy, monitors compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), and provides legal guidance to individuals and member organisations. It also runs public campaigns on accessibility in healthcare, transport, education, and employment.
