Le Regroupement des aveugles et amblyopes du Québec (RAAQ) is a provincial federation of organizations of blind and partially sighted people, with over four decades of disability rights advocacy in Quebec. Headquartered in Montréal, RAAQ brings together 18 member associations representing people with visual disabilities across all regions of the province.
