The Rhode Island Developmental Disabilities Council is a federally mandated and funded state agency established under the federal Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act. The Council is committed to systemic change, capacity building, and advocacy to improve the lives of Rhode Islanders with developmental disabilities.
