About this resource

About

Adapt to Perform was founded by Ben Clark, a C5/C6 tetraplegic and former professional swimmer who became a certified personal trainer after his injury. The platform reflects Ben's belief that a spinal cord injury should not mark the end of athletic ambition, only the beginning of a new approach to it.

What It Does

The subscription platform provides structured multi-week training programmes, standalone workouts, and exercise libraries specifically adapted for wheelchair users and varying disability profiles. Content covers upper-body strength, cardiovascular fitness, and functional conditioning, alongside nutrition plans tailored to the needs of people with physical disabilities.

Who It Helps

Adapt to Perform primarily serves wheelchair users and people with spinal cord injuries seeking professional, disability-specific fitness coaching. It is also widely used by people with other physical disabilities, their coaches, and rehabilitation professionals looking for evidence-informed adaptive training content.
