About
CogniFit has been tested in peer-reviewed randomised controlled trials, including studies with multiple sclerosis patients (84% adherence) and pilot research with individuals with developmental disorders. It is trusted by neuropsychologists and occupational therapists worldwide and is available on web, iOS, and Android.
What It Does
After an initial cognitive assessment, CogniFit assigns an adaptive training schedule targeting specific domains such as working memory, attention, processing speed, and executive function. Sessions typically run 20–30 minutes, three times per week. Detailed progress reports are generated after each session and can be shared with a clinician or care team.
Who It Helps
Adults and young adults managing cognitive effects of ADHD, TBI, stroke, multiple sclerosis, dementia, or age-related cognitive decline. Also used by families and clinicians supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who benefit from structured, evidence-informed cognitive stimulation.
