About this resource

About

SuperNova is made by Dolphin Computer Access, a UK-based assistive technology company with more than 30 years of experience. It is the only magnification product that also includes a fully integrated screen reader, making it a future-proof choice for users with progressive vision loss.

What It Does

SuperNova magnifies on-screen content from 1.2× to 64× across up to three monitors, offering eight display views and advanced colour and contrast customisation using TrueFont® rendering for sharp text at every zoom level. A built-in screen reader provides speech output for all on-screen content, and a scanner with OCR reads printed documents aloud. Users can fine-tune which mode they rely on as their vision needs change.

Who It Helps

SuperNova is ideal for people with low vision, including those with fluctuating or progressive sight loss, who want a single software solution that can grow with them from magnification-only use to full screen reading — without needing to learn new software.
