About this resource

About

DYSPLA is a London-based, neurodivergent-led arts collective supported continuously by Arts Council England. The collective produces and develops the work of neurodivergent storymakers and was awarded the Saatchi Gallery Artist of the Future Prize 2025.

What It Does

DYSPLA creates original work across digital, print, photography, poetry, performance, XR (VR, 360° film, AR, MR), moving image, theatre, and installation. The collective articulates the Neurodivergent Aesthetic — a distinct creative voice arising from cognitive difference. DYSPLA_Chat is a free monthly peer-to-peer gathering for neurodivergent creatives, and the collective runs community projects across the UK and internationally.

Who It Helps

Neurodivergent artists, filmmakers, photographers, poets, and storymakers who want to develop their creative practice, connect with peers, and see their distinctive perspective treated as artistic strength rather than limitation.
