About this resource

About

Every Body Moves evolved from the award-winning Parasport platform and was co-designed with disabled people through a Lived Experience Advisory Board. Backed by ParalympicsGB and Toyota, it has grown to list more than 7,000 inclusive sessions and online workouts, all filtered by disability, location, and activity type.

What It Does

Users can search for local and online activities ranging from seated Pilates and qigong — practised from bed, chair, or floor — to wheelchair basketball, para-athletics, and adaptive cycling. Online workouts can be started immediately; the activity finder covers the whole of the UK and is free to use.

Who It Helps

Disabled people of all ages across the UK, including those with physical disabilities, autism, ADHD, neurodisabilities, chronic conditions, and visual or hearing impairments, who want to find accessible fitness and sport near them.
