About this resource

About

Evolve21 was built by the Cerebral Palsy Foundation (CPF) to prove that fitness apps can include — not just accommodate — people of all physical abilities. Every trainer on screen reflects a different ability, so users see themselves represented throughout the programme.

What It Does

Each day participants select a 7-minute routine from three tracks: Cardio (high intensity, agility, or strength), Yoga (balance, tone, or flow), or Meditation. The 21-day structure builds a consistent wellness habit, and an optional fundraising feature lets users support CPF's broader disability mission.

Who It Helps

Wheelchair users, people with cerebral palsy, and anyone with a physical disability who wants an accessible, visually inclusive fitness routine. The free model removes cost as a barrier to participation.
