About
I CAN Adaptive Boxing provides structured, fitness-focused boxing sessions designed for individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, and all mobility levels. The programme is rooted in boxing technique and movement but is welcoming to participants of any ability.
What It Does
Sessions follow a structured format — warmup, boxing rounds, and cool-down stretching — all adapted for seated participation and requiring minimal equipment. Both live trainer-led sessions and on-demand video access are available, with a community of participants encouraged through consistent positive reinforcement.
Who It Helps
Wheelchair users and people with SCI, TBI, stroke, and Parkinson's disease who want an energetic upper-body cardio and strength workout achievable without leaving their chair.
