About
Inflow was built in collaboration with ADHD researchers and clinicians and is grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). A published feasibility study found that the majority of participants who used the app for seven weeks self-reported decreases in ADHD symptoms and functional impairment.
What It Does
The app provides bite-sized daily modules covering focus, emotional regulation, time management, impulsivity, rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD), mindfulness, and reducing phone addiction. Weekly live Q&A sessions with ADHD psychiatrists and coaches are included in the subscription. Quinn, an integrated AI companion, provides 24/7 personalised task breakdown and judgment-free support between scheduled sessions.
Who It Helps
Inflow is built for adults with a confirmed or suspected ADHD diagnosis who want structured, evidence-based self-management between or instead of clinical appointments. It is available on iOS and Android; a free trial period precedes the subscription requirement.
