The service is funded through the federal Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) fund, making it free for qualified users with hearing loss in the United States.
During a phone call, InnoCaption transcribes everything the other party says and displays it as scrolling captions on your phone screen. Users can choose between best-in-class automated AI captions or live human captioners depending on accuracy needs. Call forwarding lets you caption incoming calls to your existing number.
InnoCaption is available at no cost to U.S. residents who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty understanding phone conversations.
