Nagish was founded to make phone communication accessible for deaf and hard-of-hearing people using AI rather than human operators, protecting the privacy of every call. Nagish works with a user existing phone number to caption incoming and outgoing calls, displaying AI-generated captions in real time on screen. The Nagish Live feature also transcribes in-person conversations at appointments, lectures, and events. The app includes a personal dictionary for custom words and phrases, quick-reply text responses, and multilingual support for English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Hebrew, and Italian.
