Founded in 1999 and housed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, NCHPAD (National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability) is a public health resource centre bridging research and implementation in disability-inclusive wellness. Their work produces evidence-based programmes and makes them freely available to individuals, healthcare providers, and communities nationwide.
