NMEDA's Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is the only nationally recognised accreditation for the adaptive driving industry, giving consumers a trusted benchmark when selecting a dealer.
NMEDA operates a QAP dealer locator so consumers can find certified local providers for wheelchair van conversions, hand controls, wheelchair lifts, scooter lifts, and tie-down systems. The organisation also publishes guidance on manufacturer rebate programmes, funding sources, and driver rehabilitation evaluations, and advocates before Congress on adaptive mobility policy.
