About this resource

About

Paul Eugene has been creating seated fitness content since 2007, drawing on over 35 years of experience as an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. His Seated Fitness YouTube channel has grown into one of the largest free libraries of chair-based workouts available online, also viewable via Roku.

What It Does

The channel and companion website offer hundreds of completely free seated workouts covering cardio dance, chair boxing, HIIT, Tabata intervals, dumbbell and resistance band strength, kettlebell, and seated yoga — sessions run from 10 to 45 minutes. New content is added regularly, and the site provides supplementary resources including printable workout guides.

Who It Helps

Paul Eugene Seated Fitness is designed for people with limited mobility, wheelchair users, older adults, and anyone who prefers or requires a chair-based workout. Every session is performed exclusively from a seat, making the content accessible regardless of standing ability or balance.
