About this resource

About

Quantum Rehab is a division of Pride Mobility Products, one of the world's largest power mobility manufacturers. Its lineup is purpose-built for complex rehabilitation technology (CRT) evaluations — situations where standard power chairs cannot meet a user's postural, functional, or access-control needs — and is prescribed through ATP-certified clinicians and rehab suppliers.

What It Does

Quantum's signature iLevel technology provides powered seat elevation that lifts the occupant to eye level while the chair continues to move safely, enabling independent reach, social interaction at standing height, and easier transfers. Q-Logic 3 electronics support a full range of alternative drive inputs — mini joysticks, head arrays, chin controls, sip-and-puff, and switch scanning — with fine-tuned sensitivity settings. The website offers a power chair finder, side-by-side product comparisons, and a clinician resource portal.

Who It Helps

People with physical disabilities requiring complex seating, positioning, and non-standard access solutions — including those living with ALS, spinal muscular atrophy, spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, and multiple sclerosis. Especially relevant for individuals who cannot use a standard joystick and need precise calibration of alternative input methods.
