About this resource

About

QuentinC's Playroom was created to give blind and visually impaired players a dedicated online space to enjoy classic board and card games without barriers. With nearly 28,000 registered players across six languages, it operates around the clock as a global accessible gaming community.

What It Does

The platform offers both a web browser interface and downloadable clients for Windows, macOS, and Linux, all fully compatible with major screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, Window-Eyes, and System Access. The game library includes chess, Uno, Poker (Texas Hold'em), Monopoly, Dominoes, Battleship, Connect 4, Reversi, Yahtzee, and Scrabble. Light and dark visual themes are available for low-vision users, and the entire platform is free.
