About this resource

About

Jennifer Kretchmer is a writer, actor, and streamer with lived disability experience who contributed to D&D's Candlekeep Mysteries and advocates strongly for disability inclusion in gaming. Her Accessibility in Gaming Resource Guide is hosted on The Stellar Beacon website and freely accessible to all.

What It Does

The guide compiles resources across physical needs accommodations at the gaming table, disability representation in character and NPC design, non-ableist language guidance, accessible game mechanics, planning inclusive conventions and live events, and direct links to key organisations such as the DOTS RPG Project and Wyrmworks Publishing. Resources span gaming, streaming, and live event contexts.

Who It Helps

Tabletop RPG players with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities who want better resources at the table; game masters seeking to include disability authentically and respectfully; and event organisers and designers working to build more inclusive gaming experiences.
