About this resource

About

Structured launched in 2020 as an independent app project and has grown without advertising or user-data sales into one of the most widely used ADHD planning tools available. It is available on iOS, macOS, Android, and the web. The 2025 Structured AI 4.0 release introduced automatic task rescheduling, energy-aware planning, and conversational task entry.

What It Does

Structured provides a drag-and-drop visual timeline where each task or calendar event occupies a clearly defined block. Users colour-code tasks, add icons from a large library, set reminders, create repeating routines, and break large tasks into subtasks. The AI planner converts a spoken or typed list of tasks into a proposed daily schedule. The free tier covers core visual planning; Structured Pro adds AI scheduling, recurring routines, widgets, and calendar sync.

Who It Helps

Particularly effective for adults and young adults with ADHD, time blindness, or executive dysfunction who benefit from seeing time visually rather than as an abstract list. It supports VoiceOver, Voice Control, and a dyslexia-friendly font. Because it makes no money from ads or data, users with privacy concerns can use it confidently.
