About this resource

About

Thruday was built from the ground up for ADHD and autistic brains, prioritising visual clarity and flexibility over feature complexity. The app is available on iOS, Android, and web, enabling users to plan across devices without friction.

What It Does

Users place tasks into a visual day grid with time blocks, set repeating routines for predictable activities, and receive reminders calibrated to when a task is actually starting rather than when it is overdue. When plans change, tasks can be rescheduled with a single drag. The interface avoids notification overload and gamification mechanics that can be counterproductive for ADHD users.

Who It Helps

Adults and young adults with ADHD, autism, time blindness, or executive dysfunction who find standard calendar and to-do apps too overwhelming or poorly suited to how their minds work.
