About this resource

About

Tiimo is a Danish assistive technology company founded in 2015 by Helene Lassen Nørlem and Melissa Würtz Azari. The app was built from the ground up with ADHD and autism experts and is used by over 500,000 people worldwide, with more than three-quarters identifying as neurodivergent.

What It Does

Tiimo's AI Co-Planner lets users speak or type a goal and automatically breaks it into colour-coded, timed steps. The app syncs with Apple Calendar, supports up to five shared profiles for family use, and delivers context-aware reminders via Apple Watch. A drag-and-drop interface reduces the cognitive effort of replanning when a day goes off-track.

Who It Helps

People with ADHD, autism, time agnosia, and executive dysfunction — from secondary-school students to working adults — who need structured visual support to initiate, plan, and follow through on daily tasks.
