About this resource

About

Tiimo is a Danish assistive-technology company whose visual planning app is used by over half a million people worldwide and was named iPhone App of the Year at the 2025 App Store Awards. The product was designed from the ground up around neurodivergent cognition, emphasising visual clarity, reduced cognitive load, and flexible structure over rigid discipline.

What It Does

Tiimo turns a user's schedule into a scrollable colour-coded timeline with countdown focus timers, icon and colour customisation, and AI-assisted task breakdown. Users can type or speak what needs doing and the AI estimates durations, then organises everything into a realistic plan for the day. The app syncs across iOS, Android, and the web, so the schedule is always to hand.

Who It Helps

Primarily supports people with ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges. Also used by people with anxiety, dyspraxia, or acquired cognitive differences who benefit from externalising time and routine.
