About this resource

About

Tiimo is a daily planning app created by and for neurodivergent people, grounded in executive functioning research. It was named iPhone App of the Year at the 2025 App Store Awards and is used by over half a million people worldwide.

What It Does

Tiimo displays your day as a colour-coded, icon-tagged timeline with gentle transition alerts and reusable routine blocks. Its AI planner breaks spoken or typed tasks into a realistic, time-estimated schedule, while focus timers and customisable home-screen widgets reduce decision fatigue and help users follow through on intentions.

Who It Helps

People with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles who struggle with time blindness, task initiation, or keeping track of shifting priorities. It supports self-guided use as well as collaborative planning with caregivers, coaches, or support workers.
