TouchChat HD is developed by PRC-Saltillo, a long-standing leader in augmentative and alternative communication since 1966. The app brings features once exclusive to expensive dedicated devices to affordable consumer hardware.

What It Does

Pages, grid layouts, buttons, and symbols are fully customisable. Optional page-set add-ons — including WordPower™, Gateway©, and Pixon™ — extend vocabulary depth. Access options include touch, switch scanning, and head tracking. Supports English, Spanish, Canadian French, Arabic, Hebrew, and Mandarin Chinese.

Who It Helps

Individuals with autism, Down syndrome, ALS, apraxia, stroke, or other conditions limiting natural speech. Widely used in schools and clinical settings for children through adults.
