Founded to ensure that disability and financial need never become barriers to sport, Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports partners with resorts across Vermont — including Killington, Sugarbush, and Bolton Valley — and serves more than 1,200 participants through 5,300 outings each year.

What It Does

The organisation offers alpine skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, cycling, rock climbing, and wellness retreats, blending recreational, holistic, and competitive training philosophies matched to each participant's goals.

Who It Helps

People of all ages with physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional and behavioural disabilities are welcome; no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
