About

Founded in 1981 under the name Arizona Bridge to Independent Living (ABIL), Ability360 rebranded in 2015 and has grown into one of the most comprehensive disability service hubs in the American Southwest. Its Phoenix campus brings together 11 co-located disability organisations, making it a one-stop community for people with disabilities across the Valley.

What They Do

Ability360 delivers the five core Independent Living services — advocacy, information and referral, independent living skills training, peer support, and transition — alongside home care, home modification, early intervention, employment services, and an acclaimed sports and fitness programme spanning wheelchair basketball, power soccer, swimming, and more.

Who They Serve

Ability360 serves people of all ages with any disability type in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and, through some programmes, across Arizona. Home care services are available statewide for eligible adults.
