About
Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) was established in 2011 as a Vietnamese science and technology service organisation for and led by persons with disabilities. Headquartered in Hanoi's Thanh Xuan district, ACDC is a recognised partner of international organisations including UNDP, ChildFund, and the UN Democracy Fund.
What They Do
ACDC implements livelihood support programmes for households with disabled members, advocates for accessibility legislation, and delivers training to empower people with disabilities and their communities. It also engages in disability-inclusive disaster risk management across multiple provinces.
