Alliance québécoise des regroupements régionaux pour l'intégration des personnes handicapées(AQRIPH)
Québec's provincial alliance of 17 regional disability groupings, representing more than 500 local organisations of people with disabilities and their families since 1996. AQRIPH is the primary cross-disability voice in Québec's policy arena.

AQRIPH was created in 1996 and is headquartered in Québec City, Québec. It brings together 17 regional groupings (regroupements régionaux) that collectively represent more than 500 local organisations of people with disabilities and their families across all of Québec's territory.
What They Do
AQRIPH intervenes with government ministries and public bodies on behalf of people with disabilities, defends the rights of people with disabilities and their families at the provincial policy level, and coordinates regional disability advocacy. It uses an equality-based approach aimed at the full and complete participation of people with disabilities in Québec society.
