About
ARCH Disability Law Centre was incorporated in 1979 and is located at 55 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. What They Do
ARCH provides free information and referral services, summary legal advice, and, in select cases, full legal representation to people with disabilities who have low income in Ontario. The clinic also conducts national test case litigation in the Supreme Court of Canada and Ontario appellate courts, publishes legal resources in accessible formats, and advocates for disability law reform.
Who They Serve
ARCH serves Ontarians with any type of disability who have low income and face barriers to legal access. Through its national litigation and law reform work, ARCH's advocacy creates legal precedents that benefit people with disabilities across Canada.
