About

The Arkansas Disability Coalition (ADC) is a Little Rock-based nonprofit organisation dedicated to helping Arkansas families raising children with chronic, complex, or disability-related health needs. ADC builds a statewide network of family support, education, and peer-driven advocacy to strengthen the disability community across the state.

What They Do

ADC operates several programmes including the Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F HIC), which provides information and peer support to families navigating healthcare and disability systems; the ADC Leadership Gym, which develops emerging disability advocates; and Project DOCC, which trains healthcare providers in the realities of caring for children with complex conditions. ADC also offers referrals, training workshops, and resource connections statewide.

Who They Serve

ADC primarily serves families of children with disabilities or complex health conditions across Arkansas. The coalition also supports young adults with disabilities and works with healthcare and education professionals to improve outcomes for people with disabilities throughout the state.
