The Coalition of Texans with Disabilities (CTD) was established in 1978 as a member-driven organisation representing Texans across all disability types. For over four decades CTD has been a unified voice for disability rights in Austin, shaping Texas Legislature policy on behalf of a diverse disability community. CTD is a 501(c)(3) headquartered at 1716 San Antonio Street in Austin.
