What They Do

All services are confidential and provided at no cost to clients regardless of income or disability type.

Who They Serve

West Virginians with all types of disabilities — including physical, psychiatric, intellectual, developmental, and sensory — regardless of age or income, who face rights violations, abuse, neglect, or discrimination anywhere in the Mountain State.
