What They Do
DRWV investigates complaints of abuse and neglect in facilities, provides legal representation, monitors institutions and community programmes serving people with disabilities, and conducts training and education on disability rights throughout West Virginia. All services are confidential and provided at no cost to clients regardless of income or disability type.

West Virginians with all types of disabilities — including physical, psychiatric, intellectual, developmental, and sensory — regardless of age or income, who face rights violations, abuse, neglect, or discrimination anywhere in the Mountain State.
