About

Lietuvos neįgaliųjų forumas (LNF) was founded in 2001 with the goal of uniting organisations representing different disabilities to pursue common policy objectives in Lithuania. It is the country's largest disability umbrella body, bringing together 15 member organisations and representing roughly 300,000 people with disabilities and their families.

What They Do

LNF advocates for disability rights in the Lithuanian Seimas (parliament) and government, coordinates national positions on EU disability policy, and monitors implementation of the UN CRPD. It raises public awareness about disability inclusion and coordinates joint campaigns across member organisations.

Who They Serve

LNF represents people with all types of disability in Lithuania — physical, sensory, intellectual, and chronic illness — along with their families, carers, and temporarily disabled people.
