Oklahoma Disability Law Center(ODLC)
The Oklahoma Disability Law Center is Oklahoma's federally mandated Protection and Advocacy system, established in 1977 to protect, promote, and expand the rights of people with disabilities across the state. ODLC provides free legal advocacy, client representation, and facility monitoring rooted in a belief that people with disabilities deserve dignity, respect, and freedom from exploitation.

The Oklahoma Disability Law Center (ODLC) has served as Oklahoma's official Protection and Advocacy (P&A) system since 1977. Headquartered at 4334 NW Expressway, Suite 124 in Oklahoma City, ODLC administers multiple federally funded programmes covering developmental disabilities, mental illness, individual rights, assistive technology, and Social Security beneficiaries.
What They Do
ODLC provides information and referral on legal rights, client advocacy including negotiation and representation at hearings, and monitoring of facilities serving people with disabilities for safety and rights compliance. The organisation also conducts investigations into abuse and neglect and delivers training and education on disability law to individuals, families, and professionals across Oklahoma.
