Shaw Trust was founded in 1982 as a small horticultural workshop for disabled people in Wiltshire. It has grown into the UK's largest not-for-profit provider of employment support and vocational rehabilitation, operating across England, Scotland, and Wales. It delivers major government-funded programmes including Restart, Thrive into Work, and specialist employability services.
