About this resource

About

Launched in 1995 as a division of ABILITY Magazine, abilityJOBS has spent nearly three decades as the premier employment platform for people with disabilities. The site hosts thousands of active job listings from companies that have opted into a database specifically targeting qualified candidates with disabilities.

What It Does

Job seekers upload resumes anonymously — visible to employers only after the candidate grants permission — and browse listings by keyword, location, and job type. The platform supports all disability categories and provides career-guidance articles. Employers who post on abilityJOBS have signalled a commitment to disability-inclusive workplaces, giving candidates confidence they will be evaluated on skills and experience alone.

Who It Helps

Adults and young adults with any type of disability who are actively seeking employment and want to connect with employers that have demonstrated a commitment to disability inclusion.
