About this resource

About

abilityJOBS.com launched in 1995 as a division of ABILITY Magazine and has grown into the most established job platform exclusively serving candidates with disabilities. The site connects job seekers directly with employers who have pre-committed to inclusive hiring practices.

What It Does

Job seekers can create a free profile, post a résumé, and search a nationwide database of listings from employers actively seeking candidates with disabilities. Virtual job fairs offer video captioning, SMS chat, and ASL interpreters. Employers use the platform to meet Section 503 federal contractor outreach requirements and access a pool of more than 100,000 registered candidates.

Who It Helps

Adults with any disability type seeking employment across all sectors and experience levels — from entry-level to executive roles — across the US and internationally. Posting a résumé and searching jobs is completely free for job seekers.
