About this resource

About

abilityJOBS launched in 1995 as the first online employment website dedicated exclusively to people with disabilities. Every employer on the platform is actively recruiting disabled candidates, creating a space where job seekers are evaluated solely on their skills and experience rather than their disability status.

What It Does

Job seekers can register for free, post their résumés to a searchable database, and browse thousands of active job listings across industries and experience levels. Optional text or email alerts notify members when roles matching their criteria are posted. The site also hosts a resource library with job-seeking guides, disability disclosure tips, and links to scholarship programmes.

Who It Helps

Job seekers of all disability types at any career level — from recent graduates to mid-career and senior professionals — and employers building disability-inclusive workforces, including those working toward OFCCP Section 503 compliance.

Who it helps
