About this resource

About

AskEARN — the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion — is operated by Cornell University's Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability under a U.S. Department of Labor award. It promotes the adoption of inclusive workplace policies and provides free technical assistance to organisations of all sizes.

What It Does

AskEARN.org provides practical toolkits on topics including reasonable accommodations, mental health in the workplace, neurodiversity hiring, and disability disclosure. Customisable HR policy templates and real employer case studies are available at no charge. A Job Seekers Resources section lists Employment Networks, VR programmes, job-coaching services, and legal-rights information for workers with disabilities.
