AskEARN (Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion) is funded by the US Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) under a cooperative agreement with Cornell University's Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability. It functions as the employer-facing counterpart to the Job Accommodation Network.
The website provides employer-focused resources on recruiting, onboarding, retention, reasonable accommodations, federal contractor obligations (Section 503), and building an accessible workplace culture. A free suite of self-paced online trainings uses the Disability@Work framework. Policy briefs, webinars, and case studies are regularly added.
