The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN) is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy through a cooperative agreement with Cornell University's Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability. AskEARN.org is EARN's public-facing platform of free tools, research, and guidance.
AskEARN publishes toolkits, webinars, and policy briefs on topics including hiring practices, reasonable accommodations, mental health in the workplace, and return-to-work strategies. Workers with disabilities can use these resources to understand their rights, what accommodations are commonly provided, and what inclusive employment environments look like in practice.
