Disability:IN is the leading global nonprofit for business disability inclusion, partnering with over 500 corporations. Its NextGen Leaders Initiative is the talent-pipeline arm of the organisation, designed to bridge the gap between early-career talent with disabilities and inclusive corporate employers.
Accepted participants are matched with a corporate mentor for a six-month virtual relationship (approximately three hours per month). Monthly webinars cover career skill-building, disclosure decisions, and navigating workplace inclusion. The programme culminates at the Disability:IN Annual Conference where NextGen Leaders network and interview with partner companies including Boeing, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, and Salesforce. Applications open annually.
Current undergraduate, graduate, and law students, and recent graduates of accredited North American or South American colleges and universities, who self-identify as having any type of disability. The programme is entirely free to participants.

The tools allow blind and visually impaired learners to interactively experience arithmetic and geometric measurement. They are intended for use in classroom math lessons.

The Audio Braille Generator is a free online tool that converts braille words into audio, assigning a unique sound to each braille letter. It is intended to help users learn and explore the braille alphabet through an auditory medium.
