Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Its NextGen Leaders initiative focuses on connecting talented college students and recent graduates who self-identify as having a disability to corporate mentors and career opportunities at the world's largest companies, accelerating their path to meaningful employment.
Each cohort of NextGen Leaders is matched one-on-one with a mentor from Disability:IN's corporate partner network for a six-month virtual mentoring relationship. Participants attend monthly professional development webinars, receive warm introductions to corporate partners for internship and full-time roles, and are sponsored to attend the annual Disability:IN Conference where they connect with inclusive employers.
Any undergraduate, law, or graduate student, or recent graduate from a US college or university, who self-identifies as having any type of disability. The programme is especially valuable for students seeking to enter corporate environments and build professional networks that accelerate career launch.
