NTACT:C (the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative) is co-funded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). It is the primary federal resource for secondary transition evidence-based practice and has supported transition professionals nationwide since 2002.
NTACT:C's website (transitionta.org) publishes evidence-based and promising practices for transition planning, professional development webinars, and state-by-state data on post-school outcomes. It supports Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) implementation, Individual Transition Plan (ITP) development, and coordination between school systems and VR agencies for students aged 14–21.
Special education teachers, transition coordinators, VR counselors, school administrators, and state agency staff who support students with disabilities in planning for postsecondary education, employment, and independent living. Parents and students can also access NTACT:C resources to understand their transition rights and options under IDEA and the Rehabilitation Act.

Magic Math Tools is a set of accessible tactile mathematical instruments — including Braille numbers, rulers, protractors, and compasses — designed for use with the Tactonom Reader Flex. The tools allow blind and visually impaired learners to interactively experience arithmetic and geometric measurement. They are intended for use in classroom math lessons.
