Founded in 2014 and building on PACER Center's decades of parent-advocacy experience, the National Parent Center on Transition and Employment serves families of young people ages 14–21 with any disability. Though based in Minnesota, PACER serves families nationwide through its freely accessible online library, webinars, and training materials.
The centre publishes free guides on employment, postsecondary education, housing, self-determination, and benefits planning. Resources cover workplace accommodations, supported employment, career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, and disability disclosure. The Transition Trek board game engages youth in planning for post-secondary goals across career, independent living, and self-determination domains.
Parents and caregivers of transition-age youth (14–21) with any disability, special education teachers, vocational rehabilitation counsellors, and the young people themselves who are beginning to plan for work and adult life.

Magic Math Tools is a set of accessible tactile mathematical instruments — including Braille numbers, rulers, protractors, and compasses — designed for use with the Tactonom Reader Flex. The tools allow blind and visually impaired learners to interactively experience arithmetic and geometric measurement. They are intended for use in classroom math lessons.
