About this resource

About

Pathways.org has operated as a not-for-profit foundation for over 40 years, growing from research partnerships with paediatric therapy professionals. All content is reviewed and approved by licensed paediatric occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure accuracy and practical safety for home use.

What It Does

The free Baby Milestones app lets parents enter their child's birth date and track milestones on a personalised timeline with instructional videos showing what each milestone looks like. The website provides condition-specific guidance on autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and ADHD, plus hundreds of therapist-created activities parents can do during daily routines. Printable milestone checklists, parent brochures, and healthcare provider materials are also available at no cost.

Who It Helps

Parents and caregivers of children from birth through early school age who want to understand typical development, recognise possible delays early, and access evidence-informed activities; also used by paediatric healthcare providers for anticipatory guidance and family education during well-child visits.
