Pathways.org is a nonprofit organisation affiliated with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago. Its team of 70+ paediatric specialists has created milestone tracking tools aligned with CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics guidance, designed to empower parents to notice developmental delays early and seek support promptly.
The free Pathways.org Baby Milestones app lets parents explore milestones for sitting, rolling, talking, eating, and more; watch real-baby video demonstrations; and access 300+ expert-approved developmental activities. The app is available in 20 languages, automatically adjusts timelines for premature infants, and supports tracking of multiple children. A companion website provides downloadable milestone checklists for every age.
Parents and caregivers of children from birth to three years, including infants born prematurely and those at risk for physical, communication, or developmental delays. Also used by paediatricians and early intervention providers as a family-facing milestone education tool.
