VocRehabTools launched in October 2025 as a free, browser-based resource for the vocational rehabilitation ecosystem, and was independently listed in the U.S. Department of Education's National Clearinghouse of Rehabilitation Training Materials (NCRTM) in February 2026. It requires no download or login and is designed to complement work with state VR agencies and employment service providers.
The toolkit includes a Job Goal Alignment Checker that matches employment goals with individual strengths and local labor market data, a Barrier Buster for identifying and strategizing around employment obstacles, a Work Readiness Assessment, a Remote Work Analyzer, a voice-enabled case note editor for VR counselors, and an AI-powered resume generator. All tools run in any standard web browser at no cost.
VocRehabTools serves both vocational rehabilitation professionals and individuals with disabilities who are actively working toward employment goals. It is particularly useful for job seekers working with state VR agencies who want self-directed tools to complement their counseling sessions and track their readiness for competitive employment.
